The Punisher
Another outlandish beast, the Punisher resembles some form of minotaur, with a vaguely human body fixed atop a skull-shaped chariot. Upon it he rides to bring divine pain upon the wicked. The chariot possesses two arms upon its lower jaw and another set of mechanical claws which jut out from strange supports on the sides of its head. The Punisher's own arms are simply large axes, whose intricate pattern is often lost in the blood shed.
